"My mother is a kindergarten teacher, and our family depends on her low monthly income. Living in a poor rural area, I have limited opportunities to learn English. Thanks to Pacific Links Foundation, I have the opportunities to practice English with native teachers through weekly online tutoring sessions. My English speaking abilities have improved tremendously. Now, I can confidently start conversations and communicate in English."

"My father's income from farming is just enough for food for our family of five. Therefore, I did not have money for tutoring or internet access to learn online. The scholarship was like a miracle to me, allowing me to study at my dream Gifted High School, giving a lot of support such as a tablet, an electric bike, tutoring fees, Covid19 Care package, and flood support. After being in the program for three years, I became more mature and confident in my abilities. I am thankful to be a part of the talented community that the scholarship program has built."
