We build women migrant workers’ ability to become leaders and transform their community.

Women migrant workers receive training, tools and resources to self-learn and build their skills and knowledge on trafficking and forced labor to conduct activities in their communities.

Providing information on human trafficking, safe migration, job opportunities, responsible recruitment, and legal aid for communities.

Soft skills

Building leadership skills for workers and supporting them transfer the knowledge learned during the training to their peers.

Connecting beneficiaries with job centers, factories, local partners to increase access to opportunities and prevent forced labor risks.

Empower migrants women’s group

Training for migrant women to build leadership skills and increase their ability to self-learn, growing women’s groups and activities to broaden networks and creating safe communities for workers.

Tools for sharpening worker voice

Developing mobile tools (online courses and PAXU®) to enhance workers’ self-learning ability, build healthy financial habits, provide vetted information on safe migration to reduce trafficking vulnerabilities.

Building broader system capability

Providing pre-departure, job readiness training, access to legal assistance with recruiting offices and centers, and workshops for key stakeholders to support migrant women widely and systematically.
