Resilience
Factory workers, especially those from rural areas, can struggle obtaining trustworthy information. H, a regular user of PAXU, credits the app with providing her information about how she can identify and better protect herself from exploitative situations such as forced labor and illegal recruitment practices. She shared that, from now on, when looking for a new job, she made sure to consider and compare the living costs between locations because it could significantly affect her take-home salary. H. also introduced PAXU appt to other friends and family, especially those she knew were already looking for jobs abroad but likely did not know about the risks.
