Mission Pacific Links Foundation ("Vòng Tay Thái Bình" in Vietnamese) is a 501(c)3 public charity whose mission is to support the sustainable development of Vietnamese communities and the enrichment of their cultural heritage. Background Founded in 2001, we are people of diverse backgrounds and ages who share a common interest in improving the lives of people in need in the Pacific Rim regions. Over the past two decades, PALS' network of volunteers has brought years of professional expertise and deep commitment to our philanthropic work to serve the Vietnamese communities in Vietnam and in the United States. Approach PALS is a volunteer-based organization with a working board of directors. We strive to encourage sustainable development through knowledge transfer and exchanges between professionals in Vietnam and in the developed world.
